Terms and Conditions

Cancellations or Reschedules:
Reschedules can only happen before 48 Hours. If customer willing to cancel the job before 4 days its will be free of cost but after 4 days company will liable to charge 50% + GTS as a cancellation Fee.

Arrival Time/ Days:
Our normal cleaning services occur between 7 AM – 6 PM (Monday to Friday) but we are also available after hours as well if service will commit for after hours. Arrival time can be varied but notify to customer via text or call.

Booking Timing:
Booking will take before 24 hours. We don’t take bookings on same day.

Access to your home:
Before booking you can discuss with us If we need any key, Access card or any alarm code to access the property. You can trust on Trust Cleaners Staff because our staff already go through from criminal background checks before send them on Job.

Pricing:
We try to cover most of our service prices which are available online. if any changes happen or customer want to make any changes, we are happy to communicate.

Hourly cleaning: Trust Cleaners only provide general cleaning and regular home task in hourly cleaning but if you want include tech cleaning services like carpet, oven and deep cleaning etc you need to book an additional booking or communicate with Trust Cleaners

Service area:
We don’t charge any traveling fee within 30 KM from Auckland CBD but after we charge call-out With GST according to distance.

Payment:
payment should be received in our account before 24 hours or either when you done your booking but if you want do cash payment, we accept cash payments only before start the job. If customer fail to make payment or payment delay happen that will cause cancellation of services.

Parking:
Trust Cleaners do not include parking price. Parking should provide by customer and paid by customer.

Getting ready for the cleaning:
If you booking end of tenancy or move out cleaning make sure house is clear and ready for cleaners. Please communicate for more information

Pets:
We love them! But please secure be aware pets need to be secure somewhere so they do not disturb our cleaners while working.

Carpet Cleaning service:
Carpet will be clear for cleaning we move light furniture and if there is any heavy furniture we will go around. For more information please communicate.

Carpet Stain Removal:
We try over best to remove carpet stains but if any chance stains cannot be removed or treated successfully due to the age of the stains, type of stain, type of fabric etc Trust Cleaners do not offer refund.

Complaints:
Customer need to notified regarding complaint within 24 hours so we can find out the issue and arrange free second visit for new can satisfy customer but free second visit terms will provide

  • For second visit customer should need to be present on the site so cleaners can do work accounting to his complaint and provide full satisfaction.
  • We don’t offer second visit in hourly cleaning service.
  • If customer not able to come on site on second visit or unable to show to cleaners so in that case we do not offer another free visit.

Breakage:
Our company will be responsible if any damage happen by us or by our cleaners while working at site we will compensate that damage as soon as possible because we take care our customers and our reputation.

  • We are not responsible of unsecured items or loose items like (paintings, pictures or frames hanging on the wall etc)
  • If any broken happen by our cleans so customer need to report as soon as possible with in 24 hours so customer need to keep that item for visit and also we verified with our cleaner as well regarding damage and if the damage item can be repaired or restore Trust cleaners with help with that.
  • We compensate those its state way which cost less then $100 but if broken items cost more than $100, we will involve insurance and investigate the case according to their way.

COVID-19 Update & Special Terms:

Our team are taking health and safety very seriously and are adhering to thorough health and safety measures. All technicians are doing the below to keep themselves and you safe:

  • Thorough and frequent washing of hands
  • Hand sanitation utilised during, before, and after each job
  • Daily sanitation of frequently touched areas in work vehicles
  • Use of gloves, masks and other protective equipment where required
  • Anyone who is feeling unwell is strictly told to stay at home, no exceptions
